To request a refund for a tenant please contact help@let.us and provide written authorization along with the following information:
- Tenant’s First and Last Name
- Tenant’s email address associated with their Letus account
- Date of the transaction
- Amount of the refund
- Confirmation ID of the transaction
- Reason for the refund
Note - Processing times:
- Credit card transactions can be refunded within 3 business days from the payment date.
- Bank account transactions can be refunded within 5-7 business days from the payment date.
